YOU CAN QUIT. WE CAN HELP.

Vaping/E-Cigarettes

Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, are major causes of preventable diseases, disabilities, and deaths in the United States. Vaping can harm the health of those who use e-cigarettes, as well as the people near them and the environment. Young people, especially children and teens, are at a higher risk of losing brain function due to vaping. Even using e-cigarette devices that do not contain nicotine can still cause damage to health.

Pregnancy & Tobacco Use

If you’re pregnant or planning to have a baby, you probably know that smoking cigarettes, vaping or using other tobacco products is a health threat for you and your baby. Many women make it a goal to quit during this time in their lives.

It’s most helpful for you and your baby to quit using tobacco before you get pregnant. But if you’re already pregnant, quitting can still help protect you and your baby from health problems.
